Terms of Service

• If I accept your request, I will work on a sketch with you until reaching a finalised sketch. Once you approve I will send an invoice, and work commences upon payment
• Delivery of final artwork will take up to 1-2 weeks. More complex requests may take longer and I will notify you before payment if this is the case. The final product will be sent as a PNG file
• As the artist I reserve the right to stream the process of the artwork and to post the artwork online. If this is something you are not comfortable with, please feel free to discuss this with me
• Major changes requested AFTER payment may be subject to additional fees (e.g. if you want a change that departs significantly from the final sketch)
• Other things that will incur additional costs include: multiple versions of images (e.g. with and without clothing), complex backgrounds, group images.
• The artwork commissioned is for personal (non-commercial) use only. I am willing to take requests for commercial purposes for additional charge.
• I am NOT accepting requests for artworks intended for use with blockchain technology (i.e. cryptocurrency, NFTs)
• Payment is via PayPal in USDBy requesting a commission, you agree with the terms of service as laid out above.
